Introduction: Lifestyle, especially due to the stress of drivers' work activities, can compromise physical activity and increase sedentary time. Objective: We evaluated the physical activity and sedentary times of Uber drivers in the city of Vitória. Methods: Thirty drivers were evaluated, all undergoing anthropometric and physical activity level assessments. Anthropometric parameters were evaluated using scales and stadiometers. Physical activity levels were assessed using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Results: The average age of drivers was 27 ± 7 years, body mass was 90 ± 17 kg, height was 1.79 ± 0.05 m, and BMI was 28 ± 5. The time spent in physical activity was 47 ± 43 min, considered light; 56 ± 80 min, considered moderate; and 185 ± 274 min, considered intense, with a total average of 288 ± 305 min. Sedentary time varied between 11 ± 2 hours per day and 73 ± 141 hours per week. Conclusion: app drivers in Espírito Santo spent a lot of time being sedentary daily and weekly, but had a high demand for physical activity.
